1) Introductory Service
With our basic introductory service we can analyze your current business plan, review your company short term goals and mission statement and identify potential improvement opportunities. We can set up an initial one hour session for a high level view of your problem statement and determine if additional time is required to support your business need.
2) Detailed Business Plan and Review
With our detailed business plan review we will provide the same review as our basic service, however we can dig deeper into the problem statement, identify the road blocks and headwind that could be preventing short term process improvements. Suggestions for short term process improvements can be shared.
3) Full Service on Site Consultation at the Client's Facility
When you book our Full Service review, we can support with an onsite review at your facility pending any travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prep and homework can be assigned to facilitate and factory walk to map your process in order to uncover any gaps within your existing process steps. We will review your data feeds and any predictive analytics that lead to process step failures. Depending on problem statement coupled with your mission statement, we will work together to develop and implement tools that can re-shape your process, reduce waste and increase productivity.
